Which form do I need?
If you are not yet a Mason, use the Petition for the Degrees. If you are a Master Mason in good standing and wish to join Palatine Lodge while keeping your current lodge, use the Petition for Plural / Dual Membership. To move your membership here entirely, file the Petition for Affiliation with us and the Request for Dimit with your present lodge.
